    No cooking for me tonight - one of my son's got a voucher for 2 adult meals for £12 so we have all decided to have a family get together 12 of us just 1 grand daughter missing, she got a date with her boy friend mmmm. Nice family treat x

    Certain Meds put five stone on me so had to lose it again once told I had diabetes type 2. On top of other stuff. Not been easy as still on the same meds that causes weight gain. And can’t exercise.

    Well-done @Pam I have lost 9 stone in 2 years was nearly 20 stone after my son was born size 24 now I'm 11 stone 5lb and a size 12 but I now can't put any weight on as have health problems but also a fear of food I'm at hospital on Monday

    Shepherds pie cooked and sent over by my daughter in law, she's at work now. With a message pop in oven for 20 minutes

    We had our family meal last night - i had ricotta and spinach canaloni and a lovely mixed salad, had every think in the salad it was really nice,

    yep we like it very easy to make and tasty
