Did someone say Curry? They are easy to do, and it's better to get a ready made curry PASTE, rather than a sauce, because they tend to have a lot of oil and surge r in, but the Pastes don't.0

Its alot of cooking without pastes and sauces @Siwheels73 blending and marinating
The good thing @janer1967 once you buy all the spices they last a long time and make loads of dishes0 -
Yeah I get that @Sandy_123 but they would last me years
Also don't like cooking that much on oven top it isn't easy from wheelchair and when I can't see very well god knows what spices and measurements I would put in lol0 -
Yeah easier to use a jar, some do curry's in slow cooker, not tryed that yet myself.0

mmm some lovely sounding meals talked about yesterday - my fish experiment was rubbish neither of us liked it ha ha - luckily could scrape the topping of so we didn't waste the fish. Think we will have the steak pie with cabbage tonight x0
