    I'm thinking more and more about progressing into a full time diploma in professional bakery course but it's 2500 pounds per year it's cost for the course I may not be good enough it's run though college it's a 3 year course

    I'm hoping to do my introduction to patisserie a confectionery course it lasts 3 months then.go into intermediate patisserie a confectionery another 3 months I'm hoping to apply next year after lockdown is over by then it should be over by next year

    Tonight is jacket potato with tuna, cheese, chicken and a mixed salad, covered in salad cream! Yummy.

        Indian chicken (don't ask it's a concoction my other half marinates chicken in) with red peppers, onions and cous cous, oh and garlic bread. I love it it's my favourite

    I made a tofu Thai curry last night, so I'll be reheating the rest for tea tonight I think.

    Tandoori chicken  legs, thighs, marinating in fridge to roast later with potatoes n onions, served with salad, nan bread.
