    I just Pan fry it with butter spray to save Cal's lemon and herbs ready in minutes. I love meat but high in cals

    I often steam it in my steamer or bake it in paper with some peppers and onions and cherry tomatoes and  bit of butter and lemon and herbs 

    I'm doing OK today same as any other day lol

    @sandy_123 my child hood memories we use to.come home for lunch time my mum twice a week make home made chips nice and brown and crispy but they don't taste the way my mum use to make them. Mum cooking are the best as they say

    @berry123 I think its because they used animal fats, where as I use vegetable oil and wouldn't buy animal fats to cook with, thats the difference in taste.
    If your around same age as me, moms did lots of cooking from scratch, we didn't have a fridge or freezer until later on, when processed foods hit the market.

    @Geegeenumber1 mmm that sounds nice reminded me I not had pork belly for a while 

    I coat it in mix of breadcrumbs and stuffing mix and bake on bed of onions

    Yeah @janer1967 love me some belly pork have to be careful as lots of calories but I've counted mine for the day to fit my diet

    cheat day from diet today so having roast pork all the trimmings chocolate and wine ha ha rhubarb and custard for dessert
