    Lunch will be roast chicken with all the trimmings including cauliflower cheese and Yorkshire puddings. My cheat day after dieting all week. Salted caramel cheesecake for dessert

    I'm doing belly pork strips coated in stuffing and breadcrumbs on a bed of onions,  with mash,  roasted veg and gravy

    They're delicious, but I've never made them myself @Sandy_123. I've been assured they're easy to make, so hopefully it'll be fine :D

    King prawn korma with garlic nan
