Let me know how they turn out @Sandy_123 My quesadillas turned out great (if I do say so myself!). Really easy to make too. I think I'm going to make them again tonight as I need to use up the ingredients.0

Yum @Geegeenumber1. Cottage pie.
Too late to do that for this evening. But it's given me an idea for a tasty treat later on in the week.
Now we're seemingly back to it being winter, it's chunky veg soup for us tonight. Healthy too! Until you add in the homemade bread and a fair bit of butter.1 -
Pasta for us today with asparagus, garlic, mushroom and pepper0

Mmm all sounding very tasty. This thread always makes my tummy rumble, especially when I catch it near the end of my shift!
I'm not setting a good example of healthy eating tonight, as I'm going to make some nachos. I'll be adding in some chopped pepper and homemade guacamole though, so that's 2 of my 5 a day0 -
@Caz_Scope that sounds lovely I wouldn't mind making that chunky veg soup( hinting for recipe)
@Tori_Scope sounds nice too.

@Ross_Scope you certainly are , you should always have them with a roast at least or toad in the hole. You need to search for your inner Yorkshire self lol0

@Sandy_123 I have to hold my hand up. The chunky veg soup is my partner's recipe. And in fact, he's a chef by trade. So his concoctions often tend to be quite freestyle and we just use up whatever we have left in the cupboard. Onions, carrots, potatoes, leeks and some sweet potato as well yesterdat. Nothing too out of the ordinary!
Top tip though. At least if you haven't heard this one before? He always throws a few lentils in for good measure. To make it nice and thick.1
