@janer1967 Trying to keep it up - I made another macaroni cheese but with less help this time and also made a carbonara pasta sauce (from scratch). It seems like cheese sauce is my go to thing now haha! I also made some more easy but different things for lunches so I think things are going well. Thanks for asking

No disrespect to anybody else's tea tonight, but I just spotted @66Mustang's reference to homemade mac and cheese.
And now I can't stop thinking about macaroni cheese. Sounds great!
