We are having pork chops, well he is having the chops I am having the shoulder steak, plus salad and I made cheese and sundried tomato bread in the bread machine.
Got a pasta machine- does anyone make pasta? I'm thinking its more energy and mess than its worth but it looks like fun. Playdough you can eat.0 -
I have made pasta with a pasta machine years but when I made it it took less energy because you didn't have kneed the dough even though it's more messy and it will take more energy to clean up afterwards.0

An Italian tomato sauce with tofu.
To explain, because I'm sure there are some people going ????tofu with tomato sauce???? right now. My partner crumbles the tofu, mixes in a beef stock pot, herbs and some other flavourings. Spreads it out on baking paper on a baking tray and then pops it in the oven. The tofu ends up going nice and crispy and tastes of beef, which I can't eat anymore due to my crohns. So it's a nice substitute to beef mince0
