    Just a Chicken Pasta tonight as tomorrow I'm going out with the family for a big lunch (we're trying to plan days out with the younger ones for the rest of this week before they go back to school on Monday).

    Had a steak left over, so did stir fry with garlic, ginger, peppers, mushrooms, onion. Served with zeera seed rice with mixed veg and a strawberry, blackberry yogurt smoothie for dessert

    I had toad in the hole mashed potatoes mixed veg with gravy and I squeezed a bit of trifle in for dessert.

    Made some mustard fried chicken in the air fryer after seeing it on youtube, and homemade salt and pepper chips (courtesy of a packet from Aldi)
