@kes2611. I use a good app from Grassroots called the Stay Alive app. It has helped me a lot over the last few months when I have been quite suicidal. There is lots of useful info on there.0

Haven't been on here for a few days so (to keep me up to date lol):
On Friday me and the family decided to go out to eat rather than a takeaway, went to a lovely Chinese restaurant and had a mixture of food which was nice and quite cheap.
Yesterday I had Braised Steak with Mash.
Tonight I'm having a Roast Chicken dinner.0 -

All in good spirit Jokes aside, I don't drink much or in fact go out often so it was a nice change and at the time I thought 'no point stopping now I'm here', regret that though haha.

Well, for me last night we had chinese takeaway, not sure what we're having tonight. We've plenty of stuff in the freezer and a lot of sundry stuff around so I'm sure I can think of something.0
