    An Italian tomato sauce with tofu.

    To explain, because I'm sure there are some people going ????tofu with tomato sauce???? right now. My partner crumbles the tofu, mixes in a beef stock pot, herbs and some other flavourings. Spreads it out on baking paper on a baking tray and then pops it in the oven. The tofu ends up going nice and crispy and tastes of beef, which I can't eat anymore due to my crohns. So it's a nice substitute to beef mince :)

    We are having Katsu curry and rice with naan breads.

    Yea I know the curry is Japanese and the naan breads are Indian lol.

    Just they go together well, sloppy sauce with the bread, yum yum.
