I'm both surprised & delighted at your news @cupcake88 - you must have been a model patient! You certainly will recover so much better at home; there's just no place like it. Not only will you sleep better, I hope you start eating better too. Now you will continue to improve. I'm doing a little happy dance for you (in my head). My best wishes to you & your partner, xx1

I’m blown away by all the support I have had from the forum it’s brought me so much happiness I thank each and every one of you for your kind words and for thinking of me it means the world to me .
im glad to be home my legs are really restless as that’s a side effect of the medication I’m trying my best to rest and relax . My concentration isn’t very good at all hopping that will get better in time xxxx4 -
@cupcake88 Aww, I'm so happy to read you're back home! There's no place like it and you can't beat your own bed, can you? It sounds like you were the perfect patient and you coped amazingly well, so give yourself a pat on the back for getting through such a difficult time. Remember to keep an eye on those side effects and let your nursing team know about them, and also if they worsen.
I hope you have a lovely Friday and we're always here for you whenever you need us. Take care

That's brilliant news @cupcake88 !
Now you're tolerating the meds home will be much better for your overall wellbeing...back with your partner and little dog...
I also had good news about my son, he will be discharged in a few days with weekly support from complex needs team and occupational therapy.
He tells me he's now anger free, but social services are installing a lifeline system, whereby I just have to press a button on a bracelet to summon the appropriate help if needed in an emergancy.
That makes me a whole lot less apprehensive about him coming home!
So, hopefully happy endings for both of us lol!
Take care @cupcake882 -

I’m so glad he has a plan in place and a community team is place for his discharge is he having a community mental health nurse or is he’ going to under a mental health team with different professionals? I’m so happy for you and your son . Thank you for your kind messages and your support.
