    Hi @danders1010 - & welcome to the community. I'm sure your survey will be of interest to our community, myself included, as I live with chronic pain. However, the Scope team do first need to look into how safely you store a members details, & will likely be in touch with yourself in the morning. It seems fine, but you may need to email the Scope team with further details first.
