Phone call asking me some questions following a mandatory reconsideration. What does it mean?

Erm I think it was about 5 weeks if I remember. I got the money before I received the letter.0 -

They ask these questions because the whole time you have been in hospital or prison the amount back dated will not be the same because any time spent in these institutions the government are paying for you already , so they then deduct any amount of what they owe xKarenT1988 said:Hi,
It does sound positive. I think they have to ring and ask incase you have been in prison/care home etc since they received your mandatory reconsideration as I think that can affect your application.
It might be longer than 7/8 weeks because of the time of year. I got mine in April. Good luck!0 -

For time in hospital it's 28 days, the day you go in and come home are not counted.
