i applied for ESA on 4th march ive been send my sick note in regular i have not herd anything off them not rceived any forms to fill out cant find contact number process says 2-3months it nearly 4 months now
any advice much appreciated

You'll need to ring the Universal Credit helpline 0800 328 5644 (they deal with new style ESA too).
You should have received a Work Capability questionnaire to complete and return and have been receiving fortnightly payments at the assessment rate (if you meet the NI conditions).0 -
im receving fortnightly payments just not received any paperwork0
