This morning, and usually it was some Whole Earth cornflakes with a bit of bran. Usually have some toast around 10. If I'm out it might be a fry up. Colder weather its been whole rolled oats as porridge with some fruit & honey.Lunch today was half a Gregg's baguette (other half got consumed yesterday) grapes, humous & cracker, stick of celery, and a cup of tea.Sometimes there might be other tasty morsels if we get to the local Food Cooperative. So much waste from the supermarkets, and perfectly good eating!
