made myself one battered fish (50p)4 waffles (60p)2 portions of spinach (10p)2 eggs (32p), and nuked the lot of it, 2 mins each, (this way something does not overcook) Dam good breakfast in my eyes

All frozen except eggs, and all from Iceland, quite filling, tastes lovely and is pretty healthy as far as I can tell
I am useless at cooking so I use the Duke Nukem so as not to incinerate things as I would normally do
trying to steer away from ready micro meals, they are not very nutritional, very limited choice and are tiny (400g)
FYI Grammarly is being used when I type, it is very good if you are terrible at spelling
I spell phonetically and it sorts it out and corrects it as with punctuation
