    I will be having my mini wheaties and chopped dates in a min, not rely hungry but it's going to be one of those days were i got to have it as i'm going out.
    Not sure on lunch yet x

    I had a hot cross bun, was delicious and felt weird it not being at Easter :D

    I had some ryvita thins with sweet chilli cream cheese on and bit salad for lunch didn't have breakfast

    my usual cereal for breaky and 3 x coffee this morning
    Had scones and cream left over from yesterday so we had those at lunch
    I had at go at making iced tea today - need to tweek that i think ha ha

    will do @janer1967 i tried with my green tea and mint out of the garden - think i brewed the tea to long it tasted very tanning- if that masks sense xx

    Mm @SueHeath maybe normal tea might be better when you buy it it looks quits weak eg not dark colour

    For brunch I had a banana followed by a small blue cheese salad with 2 slices of toast followed by some pineapple and mango. Plus 2 or 3 mugs of builders.

    I'm thinking it might be better to eat in the morning rather than tea time when it's too hot

    Didn’t have breakfast as I was late for work. Had grated cheese on a soft roll for lunch as I’d just been to the dentist to have a crown fitted.
