    Had my mini shreadies and chopped dates for breaky 
    and marmite on toast for lunch x

    I had a really bad night so ended up getting up at 5am

    Had my banana and two coffee's
    Followed later by my mini shreadies
    I wont tell you what hubby brought me for lunch Pam @Teddybear12 ha ha x

    Breakfast was a sausage sandwich. Wasn't hungry for lunch as I had a late breakfast  :p

     Cafe was shut so came home and had yoghurt berries and granola
