    For breakfast I had raspberry & Strawberry Yogurt with pomegranate seeds sprinkled on top.

    Lunch will be poached egg on toast.

    No breakfast or brunch today. Went instead to lunch with a friend at a reliable fish and chip restaurant. Made a pleasant change.
