    just had my banana for breakfast and my cereal for lunch, to many coffee's though ha ha xx

    Wow sorry Pam but i would find that very boring, can't you mix it up a bit which other foods, at the same time you have done well though, but i wouldn't cope with that.

    Worked from home today, cheese and crackers for lunch as I can eat as I’m working. Roast chicken dinner tonight.

    Porridge is nice with fruit on top. I had home made mix vegtable soup for lunch, very filling

    It is a good food as its slow release energy, also   if you don't add sugers to it.

    good to mix up your diet a bit Pam eggs are a great protein do you eat stir fry veg or a good soup like Sandy makes.

    Nice piece of fresh cream victoria sponge with another coffee lunchish time - well my son brought it for me so it would of been very rude not to eat a slice or two ha ha x
