Hi there
You should be entitled to more holiday pay if you gave been off that long unless they have paid you up each year you have been off
You should still accrue holiday pay while off sick
Sorry don't know answer to your esa question -
Hi yes I had a full year holiday pay in April I'm concern if the settlement payment will affect my esa mainly

I'm not certain but as you are contributions rather than income based it may not affect your esa
But I'm no esa expert
Other members will advise -
Hi @Nettyb - & welcome to the community. I'm sorry you have been off sick so long & have had to stop work. As Jane says, with your ESA being contribution based it shouldn't be affected. As far as income goes, your ESA would only be affected if you receive an occupational or personal pension, or a permanent health insurance payment (& then only if that is more than £85 a week), as far as I can see. Please see: https://www.entitledto.co.uk/help/employment-and-support-allowance-contribution-based scrolling down to 'Other conditions for contributory ESA.'
