That's the limited knowledge of the call handler causing issues again. I typed mine up and just attached it to the back. Could never have hand written it all myself.griff11 said:
When she says she couldn't fill out paper form herself because of OCD but she could do in computer they offered someone to call her and she dictate it to them instead.
