paulamaria said:Wow now I feel so bad for askingI'm sorry that you've been made to feel this way. You shouldn't feel bad for simply asking a question. It's perfectly normal for anyone to ask these sort of questions on any internet forum. In the meantime if you're not happy with a comment you can "flag it" to admin, with a brief comment and they will see it when they're next in work, which will hopefully be sometime tomorrow morning.2

hi all bit nervous to post after last night, my anxiety is through the roof, as you know when I got my review on the 20th Oct O points I rang pip for a MR which on the Monday they rang me to give me to the 29th to send my letter, was done, I received a letter from pip this morning on my MR the first page said I didn’t get it , the second with the discrpitors awarded me 11 point, and the bit with the statement pointed out what I needed prompted on, the last page the statement saying if I needed to show to say I’m receiving pip, if any off the mods here has a email I can send to you , I’m so confused and have actually been sick because I don’t know have I or haven’t I got it? I can’t ring until Monday0

Are you sure that you have read the letter correctly.paulamaria said:hi all bit nervous to post after last night, my anxiety is through the roof, as you know when I got my review on the 20th Oct O points I rang pip for a MR which on the Monday they rang me to give me to the 29th to send my letter, was done, I received a letter from pip this morning on my MR the first page said I didn’t get it , the second with the discrpitors awarded me 11 point, and the bit with the statement pointed out what I needed prompted on, the last page the statement saying if I needed to show to say I’m receiving pip, if any off the mods here has a email I can send to you , I’m so confused and have actually been sick because I don’t know have I or haven’t I got it? There will be two separate statements about whether or not you have been awarded anything.
I can or cannot award you Daily Living.
I can or cannot award you Mobility.
You need to look at the points for Daily Living and Mobility separately. So if you have 11 points for daily Living you should have a Daily Living award. If however, for example, you have 7 points for Daily Living and 4 for Mobility then you haven't reached the 8 point threshold for either part and will not be awarded anything.0 -
You are not annoying anyone, trust me, never feel like you can’t post.paulamaria said:I wanted to post this morning but I was afraid to incase I was annoying someone1 -

Hi @paulamaria. You're more than welcome to ask questions on here. Please don't worry you'll annoy someone. I hope you've been able to share the photos to look at the wording but if you're still having difficulty, feel free to email the team on community@scope.org.uk and we'd be happy to take a look at the wording for you.paulamaria said:I wanted to post this morning but I was afraid to incase I was annoying someone
@wilko please remember to keep comments supportive. While the answer may seem obvious to you, for a lot of people it isn't as easy as just phoning the DWP to find out.1 -
@Adrian_Scope i was more than happy to help @paulamaria here and they PM'd me the letters. Having looked through them, points were awarded for daily living (11 in total) on the first page it says "we can't award you daily living from X date. Clearly this is an error.

Thank you @Adrian_Scope I appreciate your kind words, @poppy123456 has helped me tremendously, now I know I’m not going crazy, for everyone that is supportive I appreciate so much1
-
@poppy123456 thank you! ?? I will ring on Monday to confirm, thank you so much for your time, you don’t know what it has meant to have your input to confirm I’m not going crazy, have a blessed weekend with your family1

If you have 11 points for Daily Living then you should have an award of standard rate Daily Living.paulamaria said:..11 points daily living 0 mobility,
Not surprised OP is confused. They will have to ring DWP on Monday and highlight the error.poppy123456 said:@Adrian_Scope i was more than happy to help @paulamaria here and they PM'd me the letters.
