I receive enhanced rate PIP and ESA. Can I get help with prescriptions, eye, and dental care?

Hi I am Claire and have Fibromyalgia and Depression (related ). I receive enhanced rate of both components of PIP and ESA. Does anybody know if i can get help with prescriptions, eye and dental care ? I seem to be running around in circles. My benefits are contribution based and until recently worked all my life.
