I would like to introduce myself. My wife is disabled and I am her main carer. I have managed to repair her scooter a few times by finding out what was wrong myself without using the experts who only seem to be interested in specific brands most of the times and take an intake of breath along with a shrug of the shoulders when asked for advice but loosen up when money is mentioned. Fixed it myself three times now by using the web. Pleased to meet you all.

Hello @Aikidomo
Wishing you a warm welcome to the community, it's lovely to see you join us.
Thanks for introducing yourself, it seems as though you are fairly handy when it comes to fixing things, however it's a shame that you can't get help from the experts with the scooter.
I hope you enjoy being a part of the community, feel free to have a look around and if you ever need anything then please ask.0 -
Many thanks for your comments Ross. I have a background in general engineering and understand to a degree the basics of the scooter. Its only that the business's about my way repair them as a service and are not forth coming with any free advice. I can understand this of course.0
