Recently been diagnosed with degenerative condition of the spine and arthritis in my hips.

    Hi @tim1 - & welcome to the community. I'm sorry to read about your recent diagnosis having generalised osteoarthrosis myself. How are you coping? Do you find your GP &/or specialists are being supportive?
