Sorry poppy your correct , housing element of UC from March 2021(£294) along with standard UC allowance (£324) if that's clearer?

It is, thanks. LCWRA will give you an extra £343.63 per month. Don't forget the benefits increase slightly from next month.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thanks poppy that's fantastic news. I just read a strange journal msg there , I understand the dwp probably haven't officially received the judges verdict from yesterday. Should I be worried about this ? (I'll copy n paste)

You are still required to attend appointments whilst in receipt of Universal Credit. I will make another appointment for you in 3 months time. Please access your account for the details. If you need any support then please put a message in your journal and I will get back to you. Take care.
    Kind Regards
    Caroline

Your Tribunal was only yesterday so it's still early days yet. It can often take anything up to 8 weeks after a Tribunal win to put the award into payment.
Once it's actioned, you won't need to attend any appointments and all you'll need to do is agree to your new claimant commitments, which will be to report all changes.

Just a small update, accepted my new UC commitments ( using online journal , to report any changes) yesterday. I've had 3 missed calls from UC since yesterday,  does anyone know why they may be phoning?

We can only guess the reason why. Put a message onto your journal to ask and they maybe able to give you some information why.

Sorry if I wasted your time there poppy , my award letter has been uploaded to my journal, that must have been the reason behind those calls .

If you are due a substantial arrears payment they may need to check whether you want this as a single payment or in instalments.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
