Thank you all .. I’ve not had much of a look around yet .. I had an app at JC yesterday and it’s enough to drain my energy reserves (M.E/CFS amongst other things)
Today I’m concentrating on eating properly as that’s the first thing to suffer when I lose my focus.

Yes, that's a good idea to focus on your nutrition as it's important to eat regular healthy meals, as I'm sure you know
