    Hi @Eyates02

I hear you. Do you like more sensory input or less? I find for seeking less, a sensory break in the afternoon can help. Change is hard but could you ask people to warn you of change in advance if they can? I hope you are able to access occupational therapy and help with your OCD soon. In the meantime, if we can do anything to support you further, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!  :)

Yeah I'm the same I like having breaks especially if I feel overloaded with information, I've asked people before about notifying me for change any  family doesn't really follow but professionals usually help to let me know.

You're all doing soo much  by just talking to me and listening, I'll let you know after my session tomorrow how it was!

I am really sorry to hear your family doesn't really follow but I am glad professionals usually help to let you know. We will always talk to you and listen! I am glad you find us helpful. @Eyates02 - Both of which can be fabulous! Do you find any music, in particular, the most calming? I like to listen to the Smooth radio to calm down. Normally with a good cup of tea of course  :)

@Eyates02 - Ooh, I don't think I have heard anything from Shawn Wasabi. Would you like to share your favourite Shawn Wasabi song with us? I will have to give it a listen! Thanks for introducing me to new music  :)

Snack that smiles back by Shawn wasabi, or Ottapop they're both my favourite, I used to listen to then all the time if I had to travel somewhere really kept me focused at scary times

    Hi @Eyates02

Thanks for your song recommendations. I have them on now! Well, one after the other of course. I am really glad to hear they help you. Is travel something you still struggle with?  :)

What's one of your favourite songs?

And yeah I struggle with travel, I have to have people take me and meet me, and I can only ride in cars or coaches, and then if I'm traveling and I'm meeting someone I have to make sure the break stop isn't too long.

@Eyates02 - At the moment, the song I have been repeating about 1000 times is N-Dubz ft. Bodyrox - We Dance On. I am really proud of you. Even though you sometimes struggle with travel, it sounds like you have a really clear idea about what helps you to manage travel. Well done!  :)

I remember N-Dubz a lot from when I was younger! And thank you I don't really get told well done much for traveling I guess because others can do it without issue they don't usually see the struggle with traveling for some people

@Eyates02 - Ah yes! N-Dubz gives me positive younger vibes too. I agree with you, any milestone is so huge and even bigger for people who realise and appreciate the progress you have had to make to get to where you are currently. Unfortunately, though, most things seem to come instinctively to most people so it is often not recognised. I recognise though and I am proud!  :)
