As I understand it, it will be applied to electricity bills, not gas bills (presumably because everybody uses electricity but not everybody uses gas as Woodbine said).janer1967 said:What if you are with 2 different energy suppliers eg one for gas and different one for electric do you get the loan twice ?

Where I live if we are on benefits we apply to our local counciol and we get a warm home grant of 200.00 and don't pay it back we have to apply to the couciol give your gas electricity supplier details and a copy of latest bill give our bank details I only waited 2 days0
