Hi and welcome to the community
If it was the job centre it would not have been an assessment for pip as these are always notified in advance and done by health care providers
Did you report to dwp about your son moving out ? Maybe this is what the call was about or has your son stopped claiming carers allowance for you
We can't tell you what the call was about you will have to contact them
If you are on other benefits other than pip you need to report all the changes eg living alone change to carers1 -
Rang them up and said theres no need to ring us back ..if we need to ring you back we will do thats it0

Think its just a waiting game ...my brother did tell them my son has left ..he was not getting cares allowance for living and caring for me ..he told them my daughter comes to see me twice a day to help me ..she then said ill put it on his papers he lives alone ..she said thats all i want to know and never gave him chance to say anything else..she never asked permission for him to speak on my behalf..im lost with this one ..thank you for speaking to me it really means alot0

Do you claim other benefits apart from pip if so which and as my prev reply have you informed dwp of your son moving out ?
I only ask as this could affect your benefits1 -
