Hello everyone , this is the 1st time ive joined an Online Community of any sort so bare with me please !
Its been a whirlwind of every emotion and thought in the last 12 months since i got diagnosed with Mental Health . 
It can be a very lonely place .... 
Thats why i took the leap of faith .... and here i am .
I see im in very good company .

When i joined 5 days ago after researching what Scope Online Community is all about i cried !! Happy tears !!!
