You are certainly not a burden, but I respect if you don't want to talk about things. You can tell us as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. I do want you to know that you don't have to be alone though and we will happily be here for you if you feel comfortable talking to us1

I just want to say again that your family is lucky to have you. You sound like an incredible person.
Just to reiterate what @L_Volunteer has already said, we are able to assist you in accessing social care services, if that would be at all helpful. You’re absolutely not alone and there’s so much support out there, if you look in the right places. Also, you’re not a burden at all. You are always welcome to talk about whatever’s troubling you, if and when you’re ready. Of course, there’s no obligation, but we’re here. Often, you’d be surprised at how many feel very similarly, I find. Take care of yourself1 -

How are you doing today? I hope that your anxiety eased up and you were able to have a good weekend. I have been listening to some ASMR to help my own anxiety lately, which is relaxing. Do you have any go-to coping strategies?0 -
@Danielle_2022 my anxiety is still up etc thinking I'm not good enough for my family etc I feel worthless today 😔 I best get my meds took 😔 I'm close to tears 😢 I do hope that you're OK 👍0

Thanks for your response. I am sorry to hear you are struggling. It sounds like you are going through a particularly difficult time at the moment. Is there anything we could do to help? Please know we are here for you by your side and you don't have to face any of this alone. What is making you think you aren't good enough? We think you are wonderful. Have you managed to take the meds you need today? Sending you hugs and tissues (for tears!)1 -
You're certainly not worthless @Nicetomeetyou22. I can absolutely appreciate that you put your children first, but please remember to look after yourself, too!
I think I read that you've started some new medication- is that right? Starting on a new medication can be difficult, so it's quite normal to feel a little off at the start. Do you have a follow up appointment booked with your GP so that you can chat to them about how you've been getting on?
It's horrible when anxiety makes you feel all nauseous. How are you feeling in that sense today? Make sure you stay hydrated if you were vomiting yesterday, and have plenty to eat if you can.1 -
@L_Volunteer thank you for your response I have took my painkillers but not my anxiety meds I'm going to take those in a min I'm possibly tired 2 as woke up at 2am this morning and didn't go bk over thanks hugs bk 🤗 @Tori_Scope yes I have started new meds I need wait for those to get into my system like everyone I have problems bit I'm trying to stay strong for my children 😊 ❤ I have not ate since sat dinnertime but I'm going to try something light for my tea later me and food don't have a good relationship I'm due a review off my doc on the 11th March0

Thanks for your response. Well done for taking your painkillers and about to take your anxiety meds as required. I can hear how you might be tired. I would be tired if I had been up since 2 am. Be kind to yourself and give yourself the rest you need!
I would also encourage you to eat something if you feel able to, even if it is some toast or a biscuit for now. I hear you don't have a good relationship with food. Would you like to talk more about your relationship with food? Good luck with your review. How are you currently feeling about your review?1 -
Hoping you feel so much better soon @Nicetomeetyou22 - it's good you're going to try to have something light for tea, &, as Tori says, do keep well hydrated. You must feel worn out, so hope you have a better night. Sending gentle hugs.

@L_Volunteer I'm very nervous about my review but I'm going too see a lovely doc I have been with same doc for 8 years now so makes things a little easier @chiarieds I'm am very worn out tbh sick of my anxiety sick of not sleeping properly I have been very emotional today sending warm gentle hugs 🤗0
