Hi I have been disabled now almost 10 yrs I have 2 kids 23 & 15 they both have mental health disabilities, been a single mum there whole lives and I wouldn’t change them for anything. It’s draining I’m tiered and in constant pain but will never give up. So hi what have you found helps on this forum?

The forum offers advice on most things except medical advice. Also there are topics to join in with, start with coffee shop under categories. There's also games on forum you can take part in. Games like naming a famous person by last letters etc.  Hope you enjoy the site.
