LCWRA and work

I thought if work contradicted the PIP claim, I’d also need a medical report for that too.
-
No. If working contradicts the reasons you're claiming PIP then it could go against when you're next reviewed.
-
If your review is ages away, do you need to inform PIP that you’ve started working?

Okay. I’m sorry if I’m asking too many questions. But on the medical report from ESA, there’s functional ability and there’s LCW/LCWRA information. What do I need to take into account in terms of what people describe as a ‘contradiction?’
-
There's no specific answer. You are overthinking this (which i realise may be symptomatic of your mental health condition).

And that there is pretty much part of my condition, is that I overthink things. I’ve broken down in tears today with a Disability Employment Advisor.I have trouble with getting out of the house and self care etc on the absolute majority of days. Part of me knows I want to be able to work again but appreciate I need support from GO, psychiatrist, friends & family in order to wash, care etc.My head is overwhelmed.

Sorry, but I don't have anything useful to add.

Hello,
Can I ask, does working any job contradict helping you overcome anxiety and depression. Surely a routine will be helpful or is it a contradiction. -

The answer is the same, if the work you do contradicts the reasons you were found to LCWRA is could go against you.I'm sorry but we can't give you a definite yes or no because no one here knows the reason why you were found to have LCWRA or how your conditions affect you exactly. -
I do apologise.I have self care issues and suicidal thoughts. I guess returning to work is saying those self care issues have gone.
-
I'm sorry but i have nothing further to add. I won't commit to answering that question because i don't know exactly how your conditions affect you or what reason you were found to have LCWRA.If i said returning to work wouldn't cause any issues and it did then it would mean i gave you incorrect advice and i won't do that.

I haven’t been diagnosed with it yet but suspected.
