Hello everyone as you can see by my post above I'm having a really bad day pain wise emotion wise I'm drained I'm over thinking things very bad day today

Hi @Nicetomeetyou22 thanks for letting us know how you are feeling today. Is there anyone at home today you can talk about it with? 

Take the day step by step, and forgive yourself for how you are feeling. Sometimes we just have to process our sad feelings. If you do need to talk to anyone for support you know the community is here, but I can also recommend Samaritans, you can call them on 116 123.

@Alex_Scope thank you yes my partners here with me and my beautiful children ❤ I won't talk to my partner whilst kids are still awake as I don't want them to see me upset so when kids are in bed tonight I shall talk to my partner plus it don't help that I'm now riddled with osteoarthritis and been on dihydrocodiene for 2 years it's stopped working for me the pain is grabbing me today I'm waiting for someone to ring bk from our urgent care centre to see which other meds they can put me on

@Alex_Scope so do I hope they get back in touch soon as I need strong painkillers to ease pain if this osteoarthritis I feel as though I'm rusting up my joints are on fire my bones are absolutely hurting me it's that bad the pain today I have cried 3 times already it's nearly 4 hours ago since I rung my doctors they referred me for phonecall off urgent care as there is no doctors at my surgery atm as they all have covid

That sounds horrible I'm sorry to hear, is there something you could watch, read, or listen to, to help distract yourself from the pain while you wait?

@Alex_Scope I have my radio on my TV on etc I just hope they don't say come to urgent care centre I hope they just send my script over to chemist like last time as my ankle and knee bones r ceased

Oh @Nicetomeetyou22 sorry darling i've been of line - Bless you have you heard back from urgent care centre yet.
These Bank Holidays are a nightmare when we need urgent help. xx

Are you trying to have a lie down bab - i find resting like in a meditation state may help if noise distraction doesn't help. Bless @Nicetomeetyou22 you havn't had a great week with somethings and your thoughts darling, you were doing so well with going out as well - times like this i wish i lived round the corner from you - but then again hubby may not like it he may think we are bad distractions for each other ha ha xx

@sueheath lol about your hubby yeah be nice if we lived close to each other I just wish they would hurry up I'm trying to block pain out but it's not working I don't know why but the top of my neck shoulders and half way done my spine has frozen xxx

@SueHeath I'm freezing my daughter still running temp etc 😑 I was meant to get new beds delivered today for boys but because there is covid in my house I have changed it to next week I wouldn't care I paid for beds yesterday then on top I had to pay £20 delivery fee lol haha yes other kids are fine my hubby just on making there dinners for me thanks for asking I hope you and hubby are OK darling xxx

Well funny you should mention us @Nicetomeetyou22 hubby didn't go to work this morning he had a sicky tummy in the night - he's blaming the "toxic" grandchildren as he calls them - one family had tummy upsets last week.
Wrap your self up bab if your cold try and warm your bones up darling.
Are you having any thing for lunch today - mmm nice cup of soup might be a nice comfort xx

@sueheath so urgent care just rung they have told me to ring gp back to get stronger painkillers oh my god surgery are going to love me haha 😄 😅  wish me luck 😅  xxx

@sueheath rung docs they said they can't sort me out today with no meds and to ring 111 so now on hold to them oh my xxx
