No MR or Appeal allowed

Can someone confirm that if an award is given by tribunal and lapses and the initial assessor has indicated that further help would be needed for future claim processes, there is no MR or appeal allowed as would be the case if it was a DWP decision to award.
Is that correct?
On querying, the DWP say it was not flagged but we have a copy of the assessors report and this is clearly indicated...

I have read here that at the award end its a new claim but that wasnt quite how it was, a reassessment was due or something but not totally new.0

Regardless of which form is sent, a claimant should always treat it as a new claim. When a new decision is made with a reassessment, that decision will overrule the previous decision. If you're not happy with it then you can always request the MR, followed by Tribunal.

my question was about situations where no MR or appeal is allowed when pip is awarded by a tribunal.not how to respond to a dwp letter.
Also when a assesdor indicates further help is needed how is that actually put into the dwp system and what recourse is there when it isnt put in the system which causes a situation where a vulnerable claimant is not recognised as such?

Would someone have any knowledge of this unusual circumstance?
When a claim lapses the claimant can be given more time at dwp discretion, however when the aeard is from a tribunal they can not and will not g8ve more time.
Anyone experienced this?0 -
Hello @bekindalways and thank you for the mention.
While I understand you are frustrated, I've had to remove portions of your comment as they are against our house rules - which apply to everyone.
If you have concerns about another member or their comments, please make use of the report function on the community or email the team at community@scope.org.uk0 -
bekindalways - I read your post before it was removed. Thanks for posting it.
I am at a loss to understand why your post which was, in my opinion expressed quite politely, has been edited down when some of the posts that prompted yours still remain to be read (even though the thread has been closed for new comments).1 -
I also read the comment from @bekindalways and thought it was perfectly put. This is yet another example of the very poor moderation we continue to experience here. There's another thread here that's now been closed and will remain closed, yet comments remain when they clearly should have also been moderated. This is the thread https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/89916/lcwra-as-a-measure-of-pip-success#latest It's not the first time i've had abuse from this member.I can totally understand why members leave.

I'm going to be quite honest here, with the knowledge that it won't be popular. There must be some appreciation given for the difference between comments that are perhaps rude or impolite and those that contain obvious, indisputable personal attacks. Neither are acceptable, but one is much easier to judge and then moderate.
I do understand frustration, but if someone made a comment about another member calling them 'rude', 'judgemental', 'disruptive', and 'dislikeable', we would all be in agreement that it should be removed. So, I do stand by my decision in this discussion.

I also read the comment b4 it was taken down and good for you for sticking up for others
Personally I have stopped using the report button as mentioned there is never any feedback given to the member who reports issue. I don't expect feedback on every situation but no feedback and no apparent action makes reporting a waste of time. However I do report if there is a safe guarding issue1 -
Hi @bekindalways,
Adrian had just popped back online to finish up a couple of things, but he finished at 5pm today. I wanted to reassure you that he'll take a look at your comments and address anything that needs to be actioned tomorrow morning0
