Have a cup of tea as soon as I’m out of bed & Weetabix (with no sugar) usually an hour later. Same breakfast everyday because I’m a very plain person lol.

Interesting @Geegeenumber1. With milk they're very nice, but there's definitely better options out there

Does any one have a savory breakfast? Xx

I don't tend to have many savory breakfasts these day @h11 I associate toast with feeling nervous before exams back in school, and it hasn't appealed since- unless I have something with it, like eggs or beans.

I do enjoy a pan au chocolate, which should really be more of a treat than something regular!

before my weight loss surgery i used to have lavish breakfasts like scrambled egg with avocado cottage cheese and smoked salmon on rye toast or a fry up but now its a piece of toast with a few beans or one sausage or half a sandwich or something very light, sometimes nothing. It's a lot cheaper and easier now to feel satisfied !

    Hey @Geegeenumber1

All of the above sound good! And it is really important that you are looking after your health too. What a great role model of self-care and personal development indeed. How are you finding things after your weight loss surgery? I know you mentioned cheaper and easier to feel satisfied which sound great  :)
