@Geegeenumber1 - That's really interesting! If it has more texture and depth, I think I must try it as I am greedy too. I agree that it often depends on the type/brand of bread too though0
-
lol definitely i like kingsmill0
-
I prefer seeded brown bread white just has no substance unless it's a doorstep
Not very healthy but have very lemon cake for brunch lol needs eating up0 -

Try the Betty crocker range of cake mixes they always turn out perfect and very fresh as you add oil to them . Very easy to mix up and bake0 -

Tonight not having fajitas now having turkish takeaway - so haalloumi, hummus, rice, lamb and chicken shish and pitta but again will be tiny portions over several days just had a nurishment protein shake for brekafast and no lunch so will have plenty of calories to spare
cant get motivated to study just doing bits of planning and reading got a bad headache, drinking lots of water, think its the junk food the last few days0 -
thats the great thing really about having the surgery you can eat what you want but small amounts but the last few ddays/weeks ive been eating loads of junk which is out of character for me i used to eat so healthy and its made me feel rubbish. So ive done a big shop with lots of fish aand veg etc. The turkish takeaway is fine - better than fish and chips anyway ha ha0

-
