All sounding delicious! Apart from @janer1967 not receiving peanut butter - how disappointing indeed. I also was not hungry for breakfast this morning so just had a cup of tea. Looking forward to lunch though0
-
Even more annoying when you have paid for it and didn't realise till 2 days later. Just to add didn't notice as toby puts the cupboard shopping away
Oh well will get a refund for it0 -
That's particularly frustrating @janer1967. So glad you will get your refund! And hopefully, that refund will get you some peanut butter0
-
nothing yet no appetite - the weights certainly coming off now! might have some cornflakes later. whats everyone else having0
-
Are you starting to feel the weight loss now @Geegeenumber1
Yep breakfast for me will be brunch ha ha prob my mini shreadies with chopped dates.0 -
ive lost about three and half stone in about 4 months or so but no not really, i wish it would come off my chest. Need to lose a couple more stone before i feel it i think. But yeah it feels great to be able to eat so much less so feeling it in that way! Enjoy your breakfast! Its lovely to feel satisfied eating so much less. I thought id feel so deprived but not at all that was my number one fear, i dont miss bingeing in the slightest but i still find it hard to not over-shop and over cook/order its ingrained i think !0

You was very brave to have the opp glad your benefiting from it now - you will have to plant it in your brain each time you shop or cook you will get there with that one.0
-
it was a no brainer really i had tried everything to lose the weight and being immobile the last two years meant exercise wasnt going to do it so it wasnt really a matter of being brave, there was no fear involved but yeah it was definitely the best decision. We have a freezer full to work through. I have to remember not to keep topping up especially now im moving soon0
-
Yep work on what you got in the freezer, i did read about your move have you got to start from fresh with furnishings etc. you sound very excited about it and the pending love life ha ha0
-
haha no got everything but I'm waiting for a made to order sofa but I won't take it out of the packaging because this is just a short term flat - my fancy furniture is for when i buy my first home at thee end of the year/start of next year
yes im very excited, sleeping on floor for 2 years will do that to you!
yes there is no love life, just a naive crush ha ha0 -
It's nice to have your dreams with your crush ha ha
It sounds like you've got a good/exciting year ahead of you. Sleeping on the floor sounds really uncomfortable, rather you then me but means must as they say. Hope you've got plans for weekend and not stuck in working.0 -
im working on a job application at the moment which is the most annoying form ever - every time you go off it you have to start at the beginning if you see what i mean it doesnt save the page and you have to keep going back to start and you have to keep going btween job spec and saved page its sooooo frustrating taking hours. meant to be going back to pub place tonight that went to last week for birthday with the dj and food but knackered. we will see. dont really wanna eat out when got so much food to eat up but mum wants to whats everyone else up to. any plans sue0
