    Just life, getting my debts sorted with step change.but it's been so stressful.i had to run away for a few day, seeing a mental health practitioner tomorrow.

    I see, thanks for telling me. It must be quite challenging at the moment but it's good that you are receiving support from Step Change. Hopefully the appointment tomorrow goes well, you'll have to let us know how it goes.

    I've been close to doing something thing that can't be rectified.however I've a little dog,who keeps me going and is the reason I'm here life with out her is no life for me.

    Thanks for replying on this thread, sorry to hear that you've felt this low recently, however it's lovely how much you appreciate your dog. Pets certainly can be our best friends can't they?
