Hello @samik51 I hope with this referral your daughter will get the support she needs at school.
It sounds as though you're feeling a bit overwhelmed with your mental health at the moment, so if you feel like it would help to have someone to listen, you can always call Samaritans on 116 123.
They can help you untangle all those thoughts and feelings that are coming down on you, and you don't need to be in crisis to chat to them. If you'd prefer you can also email jo@samaritans.org.uk.
Another place that can help support you is Shout, just text 'shout' to 85258 anytime.
You know there's also this community, and I hope that reaching out here helps you feel less alone too. If we can help support you further please let us know, and keep us updated with how things go when you can0 -

Thankyou I'm off too park today with my child I haven't been going out few days due to panicking about things I've got my pip assessment and worid abou that aswell as got refused Few years ago but my illnesses are far more worse than then days hope my assement goes well on phone fingers crossed xx0

Hope you enjoy the park today, that sounds like fun
When is your PIP phone assessment @samik51?
If you have a copy of your 'How your disability affects you' form, it's a good idea to have it with you during the call. If you don't have a copy, try and write down how your conditions affect you day to day- that way you can look at your notes and make sure you tell the assessor everything you want them to know about your condition.Don’t let the assessor rush you and try not to just answer ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to their questions. Always try to explain how doing something would make you feel afterwards and the impact it can have on you if you had to do it repeatedly in a short period of time.
You might also find this helpful on the day: PIP assessment help sheet - to take with you to your assessment.
Let me know if anything doesn't make sense or you can't access the help sheet, and enjoy the park today!

Hello @samik51
How are you feeling this Monday? It sounds lovely that you were off to the park yesterday with your child. I hope you enjoyed it.
Is there anything, in particular, that is worrying you about your PIP assessment? Hopefully, we can help. We can definitely listen.
Fingers crossed for you and wishing you all the best of luck with everything0 -
