Hello, 

I recently joined this community but hadn't introduced myself, my name is Shirni.

I have long history with mental health issues and am also a recovering alcoholic and addict. 
I'm not the best of communicators but i am pleased to be here, i have been reading various posts which i have found to be informative and look forward to slowly getting to know the staff and other members.
