New to the group

Hi feels like I am at a AA meeting (never been to one)😊. I am 54 was told about 1 1/2 years ago i have mild COPD. But in the last 12 months i have had a few setbabcks flare ups. Seems like i getting older to fast. That's why i joined the group. Thanks Shaun
