It really does depend on the type of person I'm dating, how independent he's, and the particular situations his disability places me in. I know Dating someone with a disability can bring me into contact with some not-so-average situations. So, I have to be open-minded and flexible, and it helps to have a sense of humors.

Yes. Absolutely yes. Even if someone has a disability, they are still human, and they still have the qualities that make them as amazing as they are. Everyone's unique, after all, and just because you have a disability doesn't mean that you shouldn't be loved, It simply means that perhaps you need more care, or that you need more help in one department, but it never means that you should overlook someone just because they have a disability.
