Do reach out to whichever sources of support you need to during this time, and try to relax this evening if you can
I just spoke to the physio
she says a diagnosis of Inflammatory spinal Arthritis, how it happened she doesn’t know, I don’t know how one day I feel ok and the next I am like this but that’s what she said.
She is sending a letter to rheumatology but a long wait.
I don’t feel much better I told her my mental state is quite bad.
i still feel useless I wish I could feel differently, my husband feels dreadful and I don’t know how or what to do.
i am really trying to help him but it’s not working with how I feel.
Thank you.
