Hi 
I am just after a little information please if possible.
I have just won my tribunal this week after a long battle with the dwp.
I put my first fitnote in December 2017 and have been doing this till now with no break in it. I had my capability questionnaire on the December 2017. Then a very long wait untill I had my first assessment in March 2020 when should I be back dated from please if anyone has any information about this.

    That's a ridiculous wait for the assessment (all pre Covid too).

    Backdating should apply from around April 2018. Exact date depends on exactly when you reported the health condition and what dates each monthly UC payment covers.
