I'm happy to come across this forum as my brother has disabilities and is currently very unwell in hospital and going through a lot of stress due to his family situation. I've been trying to support him as much as possible but could sure do with some friendly support here too.

Often, it is too easy to forget our own wants and needs when the people around us are struggling. You have done really well to recognise where you are at.

It sounds really tough that your brother has disabilities and is currently unwell in hospital and going through a lot of stress due to his family situation.

Would you like to tell us more about how this is making you feel and what might help this to feel more manageable for you at the moment? We are here for you
