Thanks Alex. Hopefully I can be of help to others. Being 'the other side of the fence' for some time due to illness, from being a educated, experienced employee of some of the biggest companies as a project manager hurts. My outlook on life is very different to what it was 15 years ago. If I can help I will, I do a fair amount of volunteer work when I can for Mind, DRC and others.0
