Telephone Assessment - Request for Call to be on Landline

Hi, I suffer from severe anxiety and agoraphobia and next week have a universal credit telephone assessment. On my UC50 form, I provided my landline number as the contact number, however, the telephone appointment was scheduled with my mobile which is used for my UC work coach calls. My mobile phone occasionally drops calls and I obviously don't want this happening during the assessment.

I would like to send an email to the health assessment centre to request that they use my landline (the number I provided on the UC50 form) but am worried that they may use my concerns about my mobile phone as an excuse to force me to go for an in-person assessment. Do you think this is a possibility or just my anxiety?! (No one seems to use landlines these days and it was made clear to me that my work coach calls must be on my mobile.)

I just really would prefer that the assessment is on my landline for sound clarity and peace of mind. Should I email the assessment centre with a request for them to use my landline or keep quiet and hope for the best with my mobile?

I don’t think it really matters which number they ring. You can either ring them to request it or email them.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
